People who visited Ruku Samay in winter and spring 2026 did not sit idle: they organised talks, events and fundraisers in support of the rainforest. From the pen – or rather the voice – of Daniela Pilařová came an interview for Czech Radio (in Czech). You can listen to it here

Besides the Donio fundraiser, Martin Kožíšek gave several talks for his friends and colleagues at work, combined with an auction of items for the rainforest. Karel Štorc, known as Carlito, put together a short film from the trip and a series of photographs, and organised several screenings with the proceeds going towards buying land.
